Ordered a pizza online; the order was cancelled by them with no refund since 14th December 2020; trying to get a refund through Citizen Advice; horrible company, avoid

Order from Usta Pizza and Charcaol regular but after tonight we will never go back and neither will our family who we recommend it too. Hair as you can see in the picture found wrapped around the green chilli and salad called to complain and got told that all the staff have short so can not be one of there! Even though the girl that delivered it had long curly hair! Oh what can we do to help resolve the situation send you another one No Thank-you! No offer of refund that's probably why they only cash! So they get away with it! Rude, unprofessional and unhelpful! Disgusting

Having tried most of the kebab shops on sheppey , this is by far my favorite . The small kebabs are huge and very tasty . We always have it delivered and waiting time is generally quick and food is always hot. Chili sauce is excellent. My daughter always has pizza and again thats very good too

Just moved into the area, and found this gem of a pizza place. Great Tasting Pizza, Good Deals BOGOF, Great Value will be a returning customer. The Burgers looked good too...

Was less than impressed with the size of our pizza at 6 slices for a MEDIUM! Everywhere else like, direct pizza, dominos do 8 slices for a medium. And when I called to explain that in comparison I’d been charged the same as those others, in fact more, for less food I was told “what do you want me to do about it” disgraceful service!!!!
