Mojos Tapas - Sydney

The lack of sangria was not a good sign. The beer arrived quickly, but the cocktails took a long time. The service was intermittent, despite the restaurant not being full. The food was not bad, with highlights being the octopus, meatballs, and ruckhun. The grilled cheese, fried whitebait fish, grilled chorizo, garlic prawns, and potato chips were also tasty. The slow service may have been due to a party in the back. Overall, I may only visit this restaurant once in my life.

great, friendly service, large portions, amazing quality eating, pleasant ambiente. this place is worth the visit. very generous with the avocado, the chips were very crispy, and the tropical sex cocktails are delicious and good. there was also an air conditioning system.

if they ever feel in bondi peckish, consider stopping mojos. for brunch, lunch and dinner open, every bite is filled with happiness. our group enjoyed a bit of everything from all menus. my favorite dishes were the tacos, the entire tapas menu, and these desserts are to die! many thanks to theresa and her team and @adriancantcook for the organization?

the food was nice and creatiw. I love especially her soft dish crab benedict, French toast and pfannkuchen her gastfreundschaft is great. the vibe makes me feel comfortable while I eat

We gave this place a try while we were in Sydney after seeing all the positive reviews. After trying it, we are really not sure why all the positive reviews exist the place was, in a word, underwhelming. We tried a few things on the menu. The halloumi was solid, but served fairly plain. The Australian toastie was a decent side (two whole slices) with lots of beetroot (we looked it up and were expecting beets, but it was eggplant). The cous cous balls were solidly fried, but the inside was complete mush. The olives were fine. I got the sangria, which was a decent size, but had fruit floating in it that clearly could have used a thorough wash. After the dishes above, we simply didn't need to try anything else. I settled on two stars because the service itself was pretty solid no complaints there. That said, I would not come back.
