What can you say that will actually get them to listen? Friendlier employees. Cross trained inpther areas of the store so they don't hVlave to say, sorry not my department and not sure where to l9ok,or we don't have it and leave, then I find it out of place. Take better care of your flower garden. So many times I want to buy plants for my home my fl9wer shop, but most are dying or dead, wilted from lack of water and soil too dry.
I give Sylacauga location a 4.0's overall. Pros: This location had everything on the list that I intended to get for my new place. Cons: you're paying two separate sales tax it has increased. Customer Service is a 3.5, atmosphere 3.5, Items, merchandise other in stocked a 4.0+...
They need to work on customer service, this Nancy Patreiwanicki lady is so rude and always make my time shopping there awful. We have fully switched to Publix now.
Black staff are openly racist towards white customers. Coming in today, an employee greeted us by the door with I have just the costume for you. and then proceeded to put on a ghost face mask. I hate moon crickets.
