Nowadays when you enter the Coffee Shops All the focus is on the Drive thru So I got in my car and got in the drive thru......SMH. Nobody said anything seen me standing there 2ppl on the drive thru I spoke still she kept walking. Customer service is not

This Dunkin’ was willing to correct my order that was made incorrectly at another location I had stopped at on my way to work (didn’t realize until I had pulled back into the road to continue my commute). They were helpful and accommodating and now I drive out of my way to stop here instead of Edgewater. Thanks for making my day!

Truly breakfast with a smile and always made to perfection. The customer service is always 100 stars whether I go through the drive thru or walk in. My favorite Dunkin location.
