I frequently visit North Park, but this time I decided to order a few servings of halo-halo online for delivery. Unfortunately, after waiting for 1.5 hours, my order arrived with hardly any ice and missing ingredients. I received a call from the restaurant informing me that they had run out of some materials, yet they still proceeded with the order.
We were expecting just a quick meal on the go, but were pleasantly surprised by how flavorful and delicious the food was here. There were plenty of options to choose from on the menu, and despite the restaurant being busy, the service was excellent.
My go-to comfort food, whether I'm sober or drunk, is the Lechon Macau (Php258) at this restaurant. Unfortunately, the serving size has become smaller due to inflation. I also ordered the Century Egg Jelly Fish salad (Php108) as a simple yet satisfying starter. The Siomai (Php93) was a great value for money, with generous portions of meat.
