Contribuir a la retroalimentaciónI can't believe this is an actual McDonald, their Crispy chicken sandwich, is bland, soggy and not even crispy, the fried chicken is not comparable to other McDonalds, and not in a good way, the coke mcfloat barely container any coke, it was basically a drink filled completely with ice, the service was good, but the food was terrible.
Medyo crowded but I can't blame them if people want to be here. I ordered a mcrispy sandwich, plot twist the chicken was not crispy. I also ordered a medium fries and they only gave me one ketchup pack. Stingy much.
My recent visit to McDonald's was marked by satisfying food and service, but the counter area's cramped layout near the entrance proved inconvenient during peak hours, leading to congestion and a less-than-smooth ordering experience. A redesign of the counter space could greatly enhance the overall customer satisfaction by allowing more room for comfortable lining up and improving the flow of customers, while still maintaining the efficient service and delicious food that McDonald's is known for.
