Amazing pub, you don't feel awkward walking in as a non regular. Extremely friendly staff. Also has a wake there a year ago and it was better than we could ever imagine. A superb place to eat! The service is always very professional and the staff are courteous and so friendly. An excellent menu and a good choice of food which is cooked to a very high standard and presented well. My friend and I look forward hugely to a meal here on a Sunday: it's like home from home. A very successful pub run by Ann and her lovely staff. They deserve to be praised. So glad we chose to have my dad's 50th birthday meal here!! The service from Michelle, liz and Simon was amazing for such a large table! They made sure everyone was happy with their food and kept us all topped up with drinks. Thank you to Michelle and the team. We joined our friends to watch the Rugby World Cup Final. We were all decked out in our Springbok [South African] supporters gear. It poured with rain outside, but it didn’t dampen our spirits. A wonderful evening down to the last minute, we had burgers and onions rings, they were lovely. Food: 4 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
