Giligans - Taytay

The first and only time we ever dined at this Giigan's branch was in 2015 when they were just months old. Hubby wanted grilled food for dinner so we headed here. There was a waiting list to be seated inside the restaurant. There were vacant tables outside and the mall's aircon was cooler than that of Giligan's so we agreed to eat outside. On the table ????Sizzling Beef in Sinigang Gravy - beef was fried real hard and some pieces were very tough to chew. The veggies were crunchy. The sauce was sour and sweet. Skip this dish. ????Chicken Yakitori - soft and juicy chicken fillets with a great tasting peppery marinade ????Miki Bihon Guisado - nothing special ????Grilled Pusit - it had a weird after taste that made us question if it was fresh ????Bulalo, complimentary soup - lacked flavor ????Orange Juice - which turned out to be Pineapple Orange Juice that tasted like Del Monte. They didn't bother to inform us nor did they apologize when we pointed it out. Since we were seated outside, it was hard to get the servers attention. It took a while before the service water we requested arrived. I think we asked 3 times. The bill took some time to get to us too. We weren't satisfied with the food and the service. I highly doubt we're ever coming back.

Unlimited Rice. Generous servings. Slow service though. I love their Sisig. Their group meals were okay. You have to ask everything from toyo,calamansi,sili and tissue. ????

Había una lista de espera en el restaurante. Había mesas vacías afuera y el aire acondicionado del centro comercial era más fresco que el de Giligan, así que acordamos comer afuera. Sobre la mesa Sizzling Beef in Sinigang Sauce - La carne de res se frió muy fuerte y algunos trozos eran muy difíciles de masticar. Las verduras estaban crujientes. La salsa estaba agria y dulce. Sáltate este plato. ???? Chicken Yakitori: filetes de pollo suaves y jugosos con una sabrosa marinada picante ???? Miki Bihon Guisado - nada especial Pusit a la parrilla: tenía un regusto extraño que nos hizo preguntarnos si estaba fresco ???? Bulalo, sopa gratis - falta de sabor Jugo de naranja: resultó ser jugo de naranja de piña que sabía a Del Monte. No se molestaron en hacérnoslo saber, ni se disculparon cuando les señalamos esto. Mientras nos sentamos afuera, fue difícil llamar la atención de los meseros. El agua caliente que solicitamos tardó un poco en llegar. Creo que preguntamos 3 veces. Pasó algún tiempo antes de que recibiéramos la factura. No estábamos contentos con la comida ni con el servicio. Dudo mucho que volvamos alguna vez.
