I went with my client for a drink and she forgot to ask to transfered her points to her App. So we asked a couple of minutes later to the staff to do it and they said not allowed to put in because has to be in the moment of the payment.
Far to slow, took ten minutes to get served. Only two customers ordering for themselves. One customer served by two members of staff. Also unsure of their job when asked about a problem. Train your staff. They're friendly
Visited on the 1st November 2022, around 1pm. Not particularly busy, but most tables had dirty cups etc left on them. The floor was strewn with scraps of food and general detritus. The disabled toilet (the only available toilet) was in desperate need of a deep clean. The pictures and mirrors on the wall looked like they hadn’t been cleaned in weeks. Just a grubby place overall with a couple of seemingly oblivious staff. Do yourself a favour and walk on by.
Called in for a coffee on Sunday 8th May 2022. Ordered two coffee's, It took three attempts to get a portion of milk in a mini-jug that wasn't cracked or chipped, each time the milk was poured from one jug to the other, the assistant was completely ignorant of hygiene. Then on arriving at the table, both spoons supplied were filthy, stained with coffee and dishwasher residue, even the replacement spoons we were given were not that clean. The overall cleanliness of the place is in question, the windows inside and out look as if they haven't seen a cleaner in months, a thick layer of dust on the ledges. If that is what the customer facing area is like, I dread to think what it's like behind the servery. I'm only thankful we chose not to eat there.
Delicious cappuccino cake very moist and coffee was strong nice though. Relaxing environment chatting to friends. Track and trace in cafe hand gel on tables would go again.
