Contribuir a la retroalimentaciónThe title refers to my visit around the La Coutellia exhibition. Following a recommend we booked into Flo's bio resto and were blown away. There was a trio playing jazz in front of the panoramic glazed window which gave a stunning view across the Limagne to the Puys, Sancy and beyond, as the resto is on top of the city walls. The muse bouche was excellent with a glass of apero, the main event was a shoulder of pork dressed with hay and capped with a rye bread hat and baked for 10 hrs, the hay and hat gave an interesting tobacco aroma, the meat was succulent and paired with pommes gratin and garlic flowers. Flo proposed a trio of reds, we picked a cracking Minervois. The dessert was a simple gateau with cream but the taste was on another level. Flo is the perfect hostess with a charming smile and gives her time to make sure each client is pleased. There are only 5 tables so booking is essential. The wine list is impressive of 100 from Chateau Montrose to Chilean blends. A really discreet exterior but the interior is a wonder of gastronomic pleasure. Thanks you Flo
