Domino's Pizza - Toledo

Always horribly mismanaged. Loses prepaid orders and always has excuse “we got swamped with orders” or “I am the only one here”. Expect lengthy waits after you get to store. I do not think there is another Dominos as poorly managed-if there is, I have not been to it.

If you want to take an hour and 43 minutes to receive a sub and a six piece boneless wing, I think it wouldn’t of been hard as a brick and ice cold. But when you’re watching the tracker app and it is in the quality check section for over 40 minutes I assumed it would be but you have to tell yourself they’re not eating that food so watch where you go you have to take pride in your food, no matter who’s eating it!!!

We hadn't had Dominos in a while we used to order from another local store, but wanted delivery which auto popped to this one. The food was perfect, fresh, and flavorful. Everything looked like it should no disappointments! I don't know if this store is just God tier or if there's been some corporate changes, but we'll definitely be ordering from them moving forward.

Without a doubt the worst customer service! Manager ?? Very rude. After 2 conversations and waiting over 2 hours we get a text saying our order has been cancelled.
