Annette Food Market - Toronto

Had a wonderful experience here. very cozy restaurant with great service. it took some time for them to visit us at the door, but understandable as they were pretty busy. it helps definitiw to reserve a table! I love restaurants with a side menu and even then it was hard to choose with all good selections. I ordered the arancini for apps that were excellent. I ordered the potato pizza and I loved her with chili oil. my friend ordered linguine ai frutti di mare, which he really enjoyed. the lemon cheesecake was amazing! not too sweet and I love the passion fruits with it. to be honest, I would come back without a doubt!

Yesterday evening for dinner in annette food market to celebrate the birthday of my friend. service was wonderful. space is a really charming date point. we got every pizza and really enjoyed it (they got the potato pizza and I got the tomato basil). I love that they use sourdough, as I currently cannot eat regular wine pizza. I think that may be my favorite pizza in the city; the tomato sauce they use is amazing as if it came from the kitchen of nonna. we had a little raspberry/chocolate tea for dessert that was raised. the only disadvantage was that both of our wine selection were not great, and beyond that when the bill came, I could not believe that they charge almost $20 for each glass similar to the price of each pizza. so said I will return to 100% for more pizza in the future. highly recommended.

This place was beyond expectations. from our reservation (which we couldn't get since they were full on Wednesday) to say, farewell was a totally unforgettable experience. I wish I could remember the names of the man who served us, but the experience was as pleasant and welcoming as it could possibly get. many thanks for the delicious food and beer. well made on their cocktails too. will be back soon.

Beautiful and cozy place, great eating and fine wine selection. must come back for wood stove baked pizza.

Amazing food and phenomenal service. Love sitting at the bar and being able to watch the pizzas cook in the wood burning oven.Highly recommend. Can't wait to go back!
