Contribuir a la retroalimentaciónI ordered a Redsunrise first the staff member taking the order did not know what it was.The juicer was dirty and she removed the residue with her bare hands. She proceeded to clean with water.I decided to go back the next day and once again the machine was dirty. I was told I would have to wait 25min so she could clean the machine.I understand being new. But the lack of cleanliness is unacceptable. The juicer should be cleaned immediately after each order.The same staff members were on duty both evenings.
They take FOREVER to make things seriously my last time coming to this location I'm sick of the service
Whoever the lady working on Jan. 27th in the morning (9:30am) was the nastiest most miserable employee I’ve ever encountered. I couldn’t believe the attitude my mom and I received from her, she refused to make eye contact and rolled her eyes at us for making the simple request of adding oat milk to my smoothie, and to top it off when my lovely mom said “thank you have a nice day” before we left, despite the terrible attitude we received, the lady just GLARED at us instead of saying your welcome. I have truly never had such a rude customer service experience completely unwarranted. If you hate people THIS much, please do NOT work in customer service.
Everythings good except cheap owner, the a/c is not on and the store is hot like a sauna
