Contribuir a la retroalimentaciónI came here to eat alone.I was told that the minimum order is for two people, so I ordered for two as you literally can't order for one. I was brought two portions of meat, but only one portion of sides.Things here are run on a computer system, and that's why I couldn't just order for myself. Computer at the table is tablet sized and attached to the table. The staff are nice, but many have difficulty speaking clean English. Not a problem, I speak four languages myself. It is a problem that the computers are all in Korean however, there is some English translation on the first order page, but when you start getting into it, everything is Korean. I understand that this is a Korean BBQ, but it's in Toronto. As I left, I gave the guy who served me a cash tip $10), the. I decided to give him more $5). But because I was forced to order for two people he insisted that the minimum tip is %15, despite the fact that the minimum tip is actually %0 as tipping is optional. I gave him the difference $5 more), but it felt odd that after tipping and deciding to make it bigger he still insisted that I give him more considering the fact that I had to cook my own food and pack my own leftovers when I asked to have my leftovers packed he just brought me boxes and left). The interior was great, very clean. The side dishes were great, the meat was good but expensive. Over all, solid 3 stars.Mandatory tip is ridiculous considering that much of the process is delegated to the patron, and how people who are alone are made to either buy two people worth of meat or leave isn't very welcoming. But food is very good, and restaurant is very nice.
This is how they describe the “expected quality” of beef small intestine 곱창 . Refer to it when you order.
One of the better choices in town. The restaurant had several impressive qualities that contributed to its positive reputation. However, there was one area where improvement was needed, the ventilation inside the establishment.First and foremost, the restaurant's commitment to delivering a delectable Korean BBQ experience was evident from the moment I walked in. The menu offered a wide variety of high quality meat options, marinated to perfection, and the staff was knowledgeable about the different cuts and cooking methods. The table grills were in excellent condition, allowing diners to cook their meats to their desired level of doneness. This interactive dining style is one of the restaurant's primary draws, making it an enjoyable and social experience. The side dishes, including kimchi and pickled vegetables, were fresh and added a delightful complement to the BBQ dishes. It's worth noting that the portion sizes were generous, ensuring that diners got their money's worth. However, one aspect that required attention was the ventilation inside the restaurant. Due to the nature of Korean BBQ, where the meat is grilled at the table, the smoke and sizzling aromas tend to linger in the air. While the restaurant made efforts to address this issue with overhead hoods, the effectiveness of the ventilation system left something to be desired. The lingering smoky odor clung to clothing, which could be a concern for diners who prefer to leave without smelling like BBQ.The restaurant offers a commendable dining experience with its high quality meat selection, attentive service, and generous portions. The only area in need of improvement is the ventilation, as better smoke and odor control would greatly enhance the overall dining experience. Despite this minor drawback, it remains one of the better choices for Korean BBQ in the area.
The servers were so nice! The food was a good price, split $120 between four people.Meat cuts are good and the banchan is delicious! Rice bowls are a good portion and are filling, sides that come with the grill are good as well, I have a habit of taking the onion marinade and dipping my meat into it for a sweet sauce, recommend!
Go to stop for Korean bbq. We went at 630pm on a weekday, which seemed to be just before the rush (7pm). Like most kbbq places, there’s a minimum order of 2 different types of meat (or the vegan option) per table. I always appreciate the variety of side dishes offered here (which you can request additional orders of, free of charge), but found the quality of the all the dishes to be subpar at this location. Service was quick!Wheelchair accessibility: Not wheelchair accessible.
