The Comrade Lounge - Toronto

The server forgot my meal, for 45 minutes said nothing. I had to find them to ask if they had ordered it or not and implied if they didn 't I was okay not to have it and they responded okay . Received a $1Off customer appreciation fee as a result across all bills, with no I 'm sorry or even acknowledgment they had messed up. Also added some of my friends portion to my bill, at that point I just wanted to get out. In addition to the poor service, all the food plates were small and over priced portions $27 for 3 cheeses with theee slices each) one tiny cut up meat portion for $17!! Compare to what you buy at grocery store and then inflate it x10. If you want a cocktail go there. If you want food, I 'd save yourself the disappointment and forgo.

Wonderful gem in Leslieville. Great for cocktails and date nights. Small menu but everything is delicious.

Great drinks and delicious food. It is a very iconic and exotic environment placed in the Eastbound. The music is too loud, though. It’s a little annoying when it gets hard to chat with your friends sitting at the other side of the table.

This restaurant is fantastic in every way - from the delicious food and drinks to the friendly people and great music. Overall, I would rate it a perfect 10/10. However, the typeface used on the menu is so difficult to read that I would give it a 0/10 in that aspect.

I absolutely adore this place. The cocktails are top-notch, the food is fantastic, the atmosphere is lively, and the staff is wonderful. Maybe I'm getting old, but I can still read the small, decorative font on the menu!
