I had lunch and sandwiches and was not disappointed. it doesn't matter to me if it starts to drive to both places. the chicken is tender, juicy and tasteful, it is fried to perfection, but not greasy. I couldn't do a better job myself. chef shad, I love, love, love your huh. that is not her boiled before and served them 30 minutes later, that is freshly cooked fried chicken and anyone who ever fried chicken knows it takes time. be patient, it's worth waiting.
It hurts me to write this review about my experience, SNCC food truck on 12 17 2020 only due to the fact that chef shad undoubtedly makes amazing fried huhn. he lacks professionalism and inability to control his emotions when faced with constructive feedback and inquiries of his customers. I've been supporting this business for many years as chef shad would deliver food from his personal vehicle. I was more than happy to offer my support because he is a good cook and his skills in the kitchen are unmatched. Unfortunately, his bad attitude has insulted and refuted me with regard to a private direct message that I sent to his IG business page, from his recent acts. in this direct message I asked if the pommes changed from what is usually provided with their 4 pieces chicken flour. 1 of his servants answered, yes, the pommes have changed. we work to update our pictures to reflect the change. I thanked him for the update and said that the riders who were on the ig to promote the meal of the day were much more shameful than those who were provided with the meal I bought on 12 17 2020. the last answer I received, said they would share this feedback with the cook. 30 minutes after I mean about the pommes chef shad took too live with what like a flavor flav sidekick co signed his shenanigans in the background when he found in a tirade rating his customers forever, complaining small things and negative feedback about the change of the pries. he said he did not believe that it would be such a great thing and finally, to insult supplement, he said that popeyes and other fast food chicken restaurants sell huhn and suggested that we put our business there if we "can not consider that not read his contributions, which clearly show that fritten with the meal and not Cajunries were made available. incredible! chef shad is totally unacceptable for the customer feedback and not willing to admit that he dropped the ball by neglecting to provide a clear communication about the change of his customers. if he has made the decision to change the type of pommes with the 4 piece, his team should have explicitly stated this in their IG post and uploaded new pictures to give his loyal supporters the consciousness. a professional entrepreneur with class and tact would have made these changes proaktiw and/or fallen on his hard, when he realized that customers were not happy that he does not offer transparency about the change. chef shad seems to believe that his customers do not read and/or not read understanding skills they do not in the position to recognize changes in his menu. I took it on me to check earlier contributions to see if he made a distinction between Cajun-Fries and fries and discovered that he never made a difference in the type of frits with the four pieces meal available. wort der beratung an den chef are working on improving their time management skills, emotional intelligence and general interpersonal skills. any action does not require any reaction, especially if their customers provide feedback that can help them improve. my recommendation for those who are concerned with the attempt of his food truck is to continue with purpose. the fried chicken is good, but if they experience dissatisfaction at each level and take it on themselves to express it to him, prepare for his wrath. also, prepare for a long wait time, lkw delays, and the lkw is short worker who has met a consistent problem since this lkw on the roads of los angeles.
Click fried chicken! I recommend the four-part fried chicken, chicken strip or chicken sandwich. sncc is very good about booking their position and times on instagram. If they come too late, they will post it. I suggest to check their IG feed before I try out what I think is the best roasted huh in la (yes, I like it more than howlin)'.
Always promising times of arrival to the spot they will park at and usually never on time. Not only are they late but they have to now set up and waste people time even more. Purposely block comments on their Instagram so you can't reach out when they are late.
Amazing , no long wait besides the line the can get crazy but I definitely see why. It's worth the wait. Clean, flavorful, CRUNCHY . It was everything it should have been. I haven't had soul food this light yet satisfying in a while.
