We arrived with a group at the restaurant. The bus guide had recommended the Pozhansk snitc hen, which was delicious. However, the sour cream in the soup was lumpy and had not been stirred properly. The cutlet and scorch were so cold that after 4 hours, the taste of grease lingered.
