Noodle Street - Tower Hamlets

We stayed at Canary Wharf Premier Inn and ate here twice as it is just across the road so very convenient. We never would have realised it was there if it wasn’t for Google as you’d never imagine such a nice restaurant could exist on the end of the row of shops that it’s on. Lovely ambience in the restaurant and nice, modern decor. Food was delicious both nights, we all absolutely loved it. I had a chicken dish one night and a beef dish the next. The beef was lovely and tender. The staff were lovely so not sure what all the reviews commenting on ‘rude staff’ are on about. Price-wise it’s about the same as our local Chinese restaurant in Nottingham which was a nice surprise as I was expecting it to be more due it being London!

Whilst we we were staying at a budget hotel nearby this Chinese restaurant became our saviour. We had 3 takeaways and one time eating in the restaurant. The food was delicious and healthy, orders were dealt very quickly and the service was always very friendly. I can highly recommend this place. The restaurant is busy, nicely decorated and obviously very popular. A true find in this area.

Excellent spot for solo women diners. I visited two nights whilst in the area on business and wanted to avoid the 'cliche ' of hotel food. The service was laser fast, the food healthy and tasty and the staff friendly.

Used to be good portion size was good. 15.95 for lunch time special not anymore ,wont be going back ,shame.

Noodle street has the best calamari in England with a fantastic selection of amazing dishes to try. Would definitely recommend.
