They have ordered online twice now and I notice it’s a thing they do…. They like to leave out items that cost extra but still charge you for them. They won’t give a refund after or give you the proper item. Instead they suggest you come back and order again so they can fix it next time. This is unacceptable. If you order double meat, or avocado, or bacon, anything extra, they will leave it out and still charge you for it. When you call them they will say oh we are sorry, we are not out of that item we must have just missed putting it in. You cannot get a refund but next time you come in make sure to tell us so we can give you the item next time. So if I order online you leave out stuff I already paid for, refuse me a refund, and say “next time don’t order online just come in and ask for the items you were missing this time and it will be added to the next sandwich”????
Way too much stale bread and very little meat at this place, horrible value! And the owner was rude to me because of what I can only assume was my race. Will not be back!
Pick another location for some reason they charge an absurd amount more here. Paid $11.99 for a simple Black Forest Ham sandwich that's $8.99 everywhere else
Walked in and immediately got a dirty look by the woman with headphones on while working. The young man paid NO attention and continued to change garbage bags. Both looked annoyed I was even in there and NOT ONCE acknowledged me
