Contribuir a la retroalimentaciónChipotle has been known to skimp you meat wise on Togo orders, I never really believes this till I ordered via the app. I got home with my steak burrito and noticed I had very little steak for a burrito I paid $15 for. After experiencing this first hand I can confirm they skimp you on Togo orders. Very sad
PERMANENTLY A MOE 'S CUSTOMER FROM NOW ON . I had a coupon for a free meal as long as I ordered it on-line. I did that, but the code for the free meal didn 't work and it charged my debit card anyway. I went to the store to pick up my meal and see how can I redeem the cost of my meal. The manager came out and took all the information. She did try to help but the store 's machine wouldn 't pick up the free code either. She ended up calling customer service. She said that the company would reimburse my account and send me an email in 3 to 4 business days.. I 'm still waiting. I was in the store for 40 minutes and the manager never apologized for my inconvenience nor offered even a drink. I will never order Chipotle on-line nor in person again. I will shop at Moe 's from now on.
This is the first negative review I have ever left…and all over $2! Food was fine, predictable, like every other Chipotle’s. But the customer service at this location was so bad which is why I’m leaving the review. Two employees down the line weren’t friendly but agreed that instead of getting two sides, we could get the chips and salsa as our sides. Went to pay, charged $2. Informed her that we didn’t get another side, and another guy comes up and says sorry, you can’t do that. When I informed him that two employees said we could, he continued to state they have to charge for chips. I told him it wasn’t worth fighting over $2 but as the manager he should understand that two of his employees need to be corrected because we didn’t get any of the sides because we were told we could do the substitutions. He shrugged us off and just rudely repeated, sorry. He never did correct the other two employees. We paid for the chips and walked out. As we are walking to our car, we see him mocking us and laughing. So, we paid $2 more dollars than needed, and did not get ANY sides with our meal which should have been included. Not a big enough deal to write a bad review. The reason for this negative review is the horrible customer service. Of the four people we dealt with, only the one girl at the register was polite.
Not having fajitas at 4:30pm is crazy! Not to mention there were fajitas in the online order line. I was told “ we can’t give them out because is takes from the paid online orders” well sounds like we need to be better prepped for the day if paying customers are wanting fajitas. The cashier was very dismissive and barely understand basic questions concerning who gives “permission” to get fajitas. So disappointed in how many times I’m here and there are very few items in stock. Do better guys!
Imma just say this is the driest bowl i’ve ever had the rice was crunchy old and hard i will never return to any chipotle this experience really turned me off
