Contribuir a la retroalimentaciónAs first-time visitors to this restaurant, we were disappointed by the lack of attentiveness from our server, Hayden. He only checked on us once during the meal and only when bringing the bill. We had to ask other servers for assistance throughout the meal. Despite this, the food was delicious. However, we were disappointed that our appetizer was served cold and after our main course. We are unsure if we will return, as we hope that Hayden was just having a bad day and that his service will improve in the future. It is important for servers to not take out their frustrations on customers.
The food at this restaurant was average, but the service and cleanliness were lacking. We arrived at 7:30pm and left at 10:30pm, not because we wanted to linger, but because of the slow service. My son had to wait 20 minutes for a small container of ketchup, and his fried chicken nuggets were cold by the time he received a second one. The restaurant was messy, with dirty tables and trash piled up, including near our table. The food was expensive and not worth the three hours we spent there. The patio tables were also dirty, but thankfully we chose to eat indoors. I have attached pictures for reference.
We got there a little after 7 pm and there was a bit of a wait to be sat. After we sat our deep dish pizza took 40+ minutes to arrive but it was worth the wait. Definitely on the greasy side but overall very tasty. We had the peanut butter poozokie which was also good. There are tons of options on the menu. Our server was busy but good.
We had a nice dinner at tonight at bj's. We started with wine (Kim Crawford, one of our favorites) and mozzarella sticks. The service was great, not rushed at all, and very on point. For the main course, she had the French dip, I had jumbo spaghetti and meatballs (there isn't a normal size, only jumbo). It was definitely jumbo, couldn't finish but about half and the meatballs, was really tasty. Her French dip was great as well. I really like when a restaurant gives you a few extra minutes to chat, and they did exactly that without batting an eye. Great food and service!
My family and I celebrated our anniversary at BJ's restaurant. The ambiance is visually appealing and the location is convenient. The wait staff was friendly and we were seated promptly on a Wednesday night. Our waiter was personable and knowledgeable, although seemed a bit overwhelmed. It took around 45 minutes for our dinners to arrive, but my salad came out within 10-15 minutes. Overall, the food was enjoyable, although the wait time was slightly longer than expected. I also tried their local stout, which was delicious.
