The food is absolutely amazing, with generous portions. You can order anything you want, just the way you like it. The drinks are excellent, and I would rate the food a perfect 10/10. They also serve delicious barbacoa. The service is outstanding; the staff is friendly, helpful, and welcoming. The atmosphere is quite unique, with music that feels like something out of a fever dream or a party vibe playing all day long, but the place is very clean and pleasant.

The staff was very kind and attentive. The service was the fastest service I think I’ve ever had. Overall a great place to visit, I’d recommend it.

I 'm writing to bring to your attention a situation that has been affecting my experience at your establishment. Recently, I’ve noticed a significant number of people jumping ahead in line, claiming to be friends of friends. So far, I’ve counted over 25 individuals who have done this, and it has made the wait incredibly frustrating. What makes it even more challenging is that these individuals aren’t even sitting together once they’ve ordered, making the whole situation feel even more chaotic. It’s difficult to understand why this is being allowed, especially since these are adults, not kids. I genuinely enjoy coming to Great Taco 's, but this issue is impacting my experience and likely the experience of others as well. I would greatly appreciate it if you could address this situation to ensure a more fair and orderly environment for all your customers. Thank you for your attention to this matter

The food was SPECTACULAR! I got a cheese quesadilla and the people sitting with me got tacos we all said we would come back again! The lady at the front greeted us with respect and kindness and explained the menu thoroughly and made sure we understood! The lady at the register was very kind and respectful as well. The seating area was very clean. But some workers in the back were messing around on there phone. Overall it’s a great place to eat and great for college students.

Good food, huge menu. Intimidating big. Dining partner had a build your own and forgot to ask for rice, so it was a little weird. Would be cool if they had a little to paper card or something so you can see all the options and don't forget anything. I had a chicken burrito which had a generous portion of chicken, but ended up all chicken at the bottom. Their chicken is shredded, which I don't prefer.
