Marty's On Newport - Tustin

This restaurant is closed without any notice. It's disappointing that you didn't catch that.

Marty's on Newport is currently closed for renovations, so I was surprised when I was able to make a reservation on OpenTable. When I arrived at Marty's, I was informed that the shows have been moved to La Santa in Santa Ana. Luckily, I arrived early and found another place to dine nearby. The new venue, La Santa, only offers standing room and the crowd was quite impolite. There were spilled drinks all over the floor. I suggest removing Marty's from OpenTable.

This restaurant was not what I expected. Although Brenton Wood was great, the space was too small and crowded for my liking.

I called a couple days before up until the day of the concert as I had a couple questions and no answer. I went on their website days before and the day of the concert, and not once did it mentioned this establishment being closed! Closed as in, NO CONCERTS ALLOWED!! This happened on 2/22/19. Very disappointed. Even Open Table allowed table reservations. They shouldn't!

Didn't eat anything, but amazing intimate venue for live music
