City Pizza - Untereisesheim

We made a mistake when ordering via Deliveryando. We wanted to pick up a delivery instead. On the phone, the pizza baker was not understandable. One minute after the order we wanted to fix our bug by phone, apparently the order was already finished. Delivery costs 15€ instead of as described on Deliveryando (1€ suddenly). Incredibly poor service! The ketchup was warmer than the pommes, I think it says everything....

The staff is rude and threatens directly with the lawyer. Pizza is 3.5cm smaller than specified and does not taste. Can not recommend that the shop now has stomach pain. Pure ass!!! Have waited 2.5 hours for our food!

At 18:30, food was there shortly before 10:00 and was cold. The food was catastrophic, making it almost completely landed in the garbage and for 50€ for 2 people. Would recommend to invite anyone before this! Service: Delivery Meal type: Dinner
