We ordered to go, sat there for almost 40 minutes, zero check in, went in thinking we were forgotten about, was told they had an issue with there system and a bunch of orders came through, that’s hard to believe when our food comes to us cold and wet from sitting in the containers for probably the last half hour. That’s lack of diligence, The level of disrespect I felt, and to find we’re missing things out of all three orders. Seriously disappointed in our local store.
The food is absolutely amazing, service was good and the whole ambience made for a very enjoyable dining experience.
I typically like Chili's and I love the chill, dim, bustling atmosphere. I also worked at 2 different chili's for a total of 4 years- so I get how service and to-go is. That being said, this location had a staff member that made us feel really uncomfortable. We came in 90 minutes before closing and a waitress stood directly behind us and complained loudly that she couldnt begin her closing work until we left. It seemed her intentions were to scare us off and unfortunately it worked. So shout o … – show
Chili's has gotten really expensive. They got rid of the 2 for $25. Recreating the same meal we ended spending over $70.
