So I wasn't here yet, but I heard it was good. I wonder how it will compare with the Irish pubs in Yonkers NY like the Heritage or Rory Dolans? In Yonkers, the staff is usually Irish as Patty’s Pig and have real ways to introduce themselves. Unfortunately, many bars I was in Upstate have employees who seem less to care about the customers and seem to think they are held on a pedestal and do me a favor by serving me. In addition, many of the top pubs in Yonkers and the Bronx (and NYC in general) have a buyback policy; the fourth pint is on the house! Barmen and bar women never ask if you want to change and never pick up a tip until the patron leaves the premises. I could go on, but based on my experience I am not confident that I will be impressed, but I will give it a whirlpool here!
