Mountain Mike's Pizza - Vacaville

I walked in and was immediately hit by a strong odor. I think there might be some sewage problems. I ended up leaving because it completely killed my appetite. It was really unpleasant!

I love this place, they definitely go out of their way to serve our family grrat pizza. I highly recommend the Pineapple bacon chicken leui extra bbq sauce.. Love from Dixon Thank for the suggestion and I actually am waiting for my order right now HAHAHA

Order ANYWHERE else!!! I have cancelled my attempted order three times from this restaurant. Whenever I popped in to the restaurant, the pizza was fine, customer service was fine. When I call the behavior of the ?manager? is nothing short ofegregious. So petty, dismissive, argumentative, and outright confrontational. We called for a pizza, requesting a coupon thatis sent out in the mail (not expired). The manager tries to make up his own rules even after you show him exactly what thecoupon says. I asked for the owners names to report all of the business he is chasing off, he told me ?the owners names are theowners.? This is my own fault, the pizza is good, right down the street from my house, and is usually pretty good when he isn?tthere. I?ll never order from this site again, and neither will ANY of my friends. Note to the ?manager?: SERIOUSLY, workanywhere that you don?t have to be semi pleasant with human beings. It?s called customer service. Implying that you understandyou?re dealing with people. I?m unsure what you?re significantly upset about in your life, but this isn?t the job for you buddy!Move on. Hate your life somewhere else!!! P.s. my husband met the actual manager and you?re a bold face liar!

I absolutely adore the owner; she is so kind! The bark meat and bevel pizza here are the best I've had since Rod's Pizza.

I visited the restaurant located at 645 Elmira Rd in Vacaville and was disappointed with my experience. The pizzas were poorly made and seemed to be made with expired or low-quality ingredients. Additionally, the owner, an Indian woman, did not provide good customer service, which is surprising for a franchise with such a great reputation. Unfortunately, I would give this location 0 stars.
