Jimmy John's - Vancouver

I wish I could give zero stars if possible. but 1 star will have to be enough. first the two young ladies (the young hispanic without a hint on the world, and the other I would say is 5 feet and less than 100lbs wet) so over rude. came in, and they just seem to be standing around, not giving any concern in the world. I will not recommend this place to everyone, what so ever! I understand that this is only a job for some people, but if we are here, as paying customers, they should do much more, then f *g. how is jimmy johns?

Food is good and service is excellent. Definitely worth the visit.

The sandwich I had was very average… but the customer service was phenomenal this curly headed person to whom I can only assume is Jewish was just the kindest to me, not only did he ask me how my day was as I waited for my sandwich, he asked how I was doing mentally and physically. Did I open up to him a bit too much? Potentially, but he listened as if he was my therapist, not only that but he was simultaneously making basically everyone’s sandwiches whilst he did it I was amazed he made about 12-14 sandwiches while having a full blown conversation with me. He’s the extra 2 stars on my review.

Love their unwhich (lettuce wrapped) option for lower carbs. The Italian Night Club and the Totally Tuna are among our favorites. Always fresh ingredients. Great lighter option for the hot weather. Thanks JJ's.
