Fufu Cafe - Vancouver

The pancake is so puffy, not too sweet and everything just melted in my mouth. There are many kind of pancakes. I’ll definitely come back to try another menus.

The Benny’s with smoked salmon on fluffy pancakes were yummy. However, the Combination of salty benny and hollandaise sauce with Sweet pancakes was a bit off. When I ordered them, I didn’t even think for a second that the pancakes would be sweet. They were yummy, but sweet. Not a combo I prefer. Other than that overall the eggs were nicely done, the salmon was great with decent portion size.

Food:The best local fluffy souffle pancakes in the city. It's soft and pillow-y with various toppings. Presentation is always on point, which makes it Instagramable. I prefer the savoury ones over the sweet pancakes because the combination is tasted much better.The Japanese sando was nice, soft with a generous amount of filling.The beverages were also creative and tasty.Favourite dish(es):Any of the savoury pancakes.Service: I came here multiple times now, I had no issues during my visits.Environment: limited seatings, especially during weekends.Other Comments:Reservation is recommended during weekends and holidays via phone.Recommend: Yes!
