Contribuir a la retroalimentaciónWorse service for a tim I've ever been. the personal melts around, speaks and goes, seeks lost and makes them feel that they disturb them when they ask for more than one article in their order. pity, because a girl at the sandwich stand worked very hard and the weight of all the other useless boiled. the 3 packs were served by her in 5 minutes and we waited 20 minutes for two hazelnut coffees done by others. had to ask twice. there were a series of 12 people behind me and the people were outraged and commented, as not as I alone in this. there were 5 employees and in the midst of the whole chaos decided to make two girls, two drinks for themselves and break. it was a couple times that this bad performance happened to this franchise. the only reason I give this evaluation is two stars, because the food (stressing and packing) was at least according to standards.
Waited in the drive through 35 minutes before cooking and decided to go inside. there was a ride through the line up like 30 cars and when you go inside, nobody moves. as if it didn't matter to them that there was a rush and did nothing to get people through faster. when we finally got our stuff and came back to the car. our roasted bagels were cold. how. not that they were no longer hot, as they had literally spent only 10 seconds in a toaster that was on the minimum heat setting, then sat there 15 minutes before they got and wore cream. the coffee was also burned. so no great experience?
Mobile items the trip thru are an alpt space here. even on random weekdays in an hour. the personal is not helpful and does not want to help solve problems with orders. had to contact the customer service for a simple refund. I wish I could better evaluate it, I usually have no problems with tim hortons except the mix-ups by mobile ordering. this place is not good and the personal needs a better training.
Frankly, on the door, and on the website that opens in around 5 o'clock. before 6 o'clock, many workers inside and yet do not open the doors. they're just trying to put the people in the window.
