High quality restaurant in all aspects, both gastronomic and human. Located in a very cozy village with the option of hiking among other things. The breakfasts are from another dimension, being the only place in the mountains of Madrid that has a coffee with real flavor and color. The meals are already a delicatessen, highlighting its rice, seafood and super Cachopo, the latter being the biggest words. Wide variety of à la carte wines, which make it a brutal touch of class. In short, if you are in the Sierra de Guadarrama, it is a place to keep in mind. And if you live nearby... surely you already know it. It is better to call and reserve.
