June 19th, 2 ish. The food was great, our server was generally good. The two tables of extremely loud, profane and inebriated bros aggressively dominating the restaurant was not. About 14 men total. Remarks like ‘Our server is so hot!’ and ‘I wanna see your t**s!’???...A totally unsafe, degrading and intimidating environment for women to work in, or visit. Seriously, Earls, where is managements’ lead on this? When mentioned to our server, it was ‘Yeah, sorry about that’ total server input. Which suggests that this is deemed acceptable, as no one visibly intervened at any point, or declined to serve yet more alcohol. There’s no way to justify continuing service for dehumanizing and oblivious men like this. Get it together, Earls.
I wanted to see the brunch. my friend went before and didn't like it and now I know why. had fried Benny, shrimps were cold, eggs flooded and it was garbage under the table. paid with a $50 and hostess... if I wanted to change .. my bill was just $19.43 ..! then came with change and asked if I wanted all my change? because I paid money, it's hard to change. These girls are not hired for their brains, which is safe. Whatever happens to the day you pay and then leave a tip without the server breathing your neck and trying to take it before you offer? She has no tip.
My husband and I decided to eat lunch in Earl’s, we were not in Earl’s in years, the food portions, where generous and tasty, service was great. Will definitely return soon
We used to order from Earls once a week, but we were disappointed with the ridiculously small portions. The chili chicken dish now consists of 70% wonton and 30% chicken, compared to how it used to be. Despite sending messages and making several phone calls, we received no response. Last night, when we placed an order, we were disappointed to find only 8 small pieces of chicken buried under a mound of other ingredients.
