Starbucks - Vienna

I went there to just ask a coffee and Kevin suggested something I didn't try, like the icy matcha green late and I. I love it, but I also loved Kevin's service and the way he prepares my matcha green late

The Drive-Thru lines are really long and take forever but all employees are really awesome and have great energy!

I regularly go through the Drive-Thru. Staff at this point were so friendly and polite.

I'm these stars, the staff is doing a great job and is kind early in the morning. Parking is small, so best time to go is early or late before the other shops open. also on foot from the bike path. I'd take out a star because they don't sell newspapers anymore. makes a second stop in the morning just to get a paper. does not understand that a paper with coffee goes!!!!!!

Staff are really nice, good service on less busy days. However, this store is severely understaffed on busy days, and I think that affects the service.
