Wawa - Vienna

Hey I grew up in Philly so I love WaWa it's a tAste of home. So many old favorites- TastyKake, Philly pretzels, and more. I also love the WaWa brand Arnold Palmers

I’ve always considered WaWa to be a gas station type business. I’ve never seen a WaWa in an urban/residential environment. Until today! This WaWa seems to have everything you need, except Gas. They have approximately 8-10 electric charging stations and I observed several Tesla vehicles charging. Inside, the usual WaWa items, rows and rows of delicious baked goods along with cold drinks on this warm late September evening. Truly an Oasis for the road traveler or neighborhood customer needing pick me up or hot cup of coffee. WaWa has you covered from A-Z. The staff were polite, friendly and helpful. I didn’t venture into the restroom, but the rest of the store was clean, and trash bins were not overflowing. Would recommend this location to anyone looking to enjoy the goodness that is WaWa.

They are forgetting items more times than not. I paid for an item that I did not receive and was refused a refund. Was basically accused of requesting too many refunds when I rightfully needed them. I refused to accept a $5 next time offer vs $2 refund because I felt as if I was being accused like a criminal. I already requested to close my account and move to Door Dash.

This is a poor review of GrubHub NOT the WaWa. I usually walk in this location and everything I order is always great! My GrubHub order never got to me. I received a photo of my order sitting on a doorstep not mine. I was at the Rec Center and stated it clearly in delivery instructions. This is a poor review for GrubHub not WaWa!

This is more on the fault of GrubHub, but the lack of communication with me and the driver was really frustrating. The driver blew out 2 tires, not their fault. But what is upsetting me most is the clear lack of transparency with me on GrubHubs side where they could have informed me of the situation going on! I do not fault the driver, and honestly, it is just one more reason to not order from GrubHub.
