Been going to this location for years. The drive thru was very bad before on how long you have to wait and now its just as bad. Pilled in with 3 cars ahead of me. I waited about 5 minutes just to get to the speaker. Then, it took me 3 minutes before thelady was ready to take my order. It then took 3 minutes to get to the window. Total of 6 minutes from speaker to getting myorder. 11 minutes all together from 3 cars back from the speaker. Get you act together.
Went in yesterday to order a simple pumpkin spice iced latte for my gf and got waited on promptly but all went down hill after I stopped and waited for over 15 minutes while the line of customers kept building up and the people that arrived after me while Istill waited even after one young woman kept assuring me she hadn?t forgotten about me and I would have my order right away Inever got my order til after almost all the people before me had their orders and had left and the same young woman finally mademy order and just said I can?t believe nobody else noticed your order hadn?t been made yet and nobody had the decency to evenapologize for me waiting so long this is one of the main reasons I stopped going to this location at all it?s completely gonedown hill
Person who took order reiterated order correctly, order came out incorrect. Last time I waste money here. No point going in to have it remedied, that level of incompetence would only cause frustration and is pointless. Trash establishment. Don't wastetime, money or patience.
Drive thru is always super busy, but if you go in you will get in and out alittle faster. While in the drive threw they have given me the wrong drink.
