Mercedes Cafe Lille - Villeneuve-d'Ascq

Used this hotel's paid parking facility when traveling to London from Lille. Thus did not use the rooms, but did experience its hospitality. Big shout out to Alan, who was extremely friendly, helpful and accommodating. Keep up the good work!

Rooms looking dated. Only 1 tea bag and 2 coffee and 2 milk in room . When asked for more for our room was told NO ! By man on reception .who stunk of body odour . You have to pay if you want more ..he replied . . yet the other 2 kyriad hotels we stayed in the previous 2 days while travelling in France . All coffee tea and milk etc for room was free . Fire alarm went off at 11pm . Went to find out if we had to evacuate and was told by smelly reception man who was outside smoking . NO. it is someone smoking in there room . Fire alarm was finally shut off at 12.10am . Not good hotel compared to other kyrial hotels

The room was correct Morning staff not very smiling The meals are good and hearty, but the restaurant room is sad to die, damage.

Hotel to recommend damage to have been awakened on Sunday morning with an alarm there is better as wake-up full breakfast room correct

Super well place there are many things around, metro not very far by foot even the bus
