BE CAREFUL ordering through the app. We ordered boxes of Joe for an event and I had someone go pick them up and they told the person they had been picked up already. I ordered again and sent another person. You can't be refunded through the app and they don't pick up the phone at this location to even get clarity when something like this happens. Do yourself a favor and just go to the store. The worst part is I had to go to the store when the manager was there and wait for her to refund my money. I let the franchise owner know it's kind of ridiculous to have to go out of my way to get my money back for their mistake, but they don't care. They blame corporate and don't even offer a donut or cup of coffee for your (multiple) inconviences.
I came to the drive thru at approximately 6:30 am. I ordered a Vanilla Frosted Donut Iced Latte, a new item. To which, the lady asked if I wanted sprinkles or no, and I said yes. I got to the window and a different lady handed me my bagel bites, but no drink. I asked for my drink, and the lady had no clue what a drink was. She got the lady who took my order, and the lady told me I didn’t order a drink, they have no such drink on the menu, and that I ordered a donut. This was wrong as I literally read it off the menu (also online if you search it up). I paid for a donut I did not order, and paid for an iced coffee i didn’t even want. Clueless about their own menu, and don’t even know the basic language of their job. Did not get a refund. Terrible service, it was too early to be dealing with that.
