The Mix Cafe - Waco

We own a food truck in Austin and stopped in here on a visit to Waco. The girl at the counter was friendly, knowledge and enthusiastic. We got the Dr Pepper pulled pork, Prime Rib piled high and fries. All our food was exceptional. I make great sandwiches and give great service for a living. It's a thrill to visit a place that does the same! Thanks!!!!

The food and service at The Mix Cafe is one of a kind! The menu is very expansive and offers a wide variety for many different pallets. The manager, Robert, truly enjoys serving his customers. I would highly recommend visiting!

I went to The Mix today. I have to say it was Great. The service, food, inventory, etc. I could not have met a kinder person than Betsy Ferguson. As you shop in The Mix take note to how they 'give back ' in so many ways. Shoes sold that donate to needed causes. A young girl makes and sells bracelets for a small price. The sales go toward her Mothers book that is available also. The cause is for Breast Cancer in which her Mother has/had been diagnosed. Shopping is hassle free but staff available to answer questions easily. The Party Rooms are decorated with thought and elegance. Each inch of this place is well used and amazing to shop at. Going back next week to meet with appts set up by Betsy in regards to my daughters wedding while eating and getting some shopping done in one place....Love The Mix
