Burger King - Walla Walla

Besides eating well and staff already wonderful I accidentally forget my whole wallet here for over 24 hours as soon as I realized that I left it here I called and they confirmed that she had it safe. By car almost an hour in this winter weather I drove and picked it up where they kept it completely safe. Every card. Every cent even my happy 2 dollars bill was still there I could not believe the honesty the staff gave me. Everything could have happened with my handbag you could only imagine, but these employees really well maintained and where completely honest. I will visit much more for this reason!! Idk, how I could repay it to the employees, but soon I will find out

My family goes here often but not only do they frequently get our orders wrong but they discontinued chocolate milk.

I like the product, food quality is very good for a quick service restaurant, but this particular location is the wrong place to go if you need to get in and out fast because you have to get somewhere. I can't recall a slower drive-thru anywhere else. Last visit I was there close to 15 minutes. That can be a deal breaker!

Customer service can be better with passing through. I don't get a hell of a hell of a hell of a hell of a hell of a place. You just open the window tell me how much. takes the money. No thanks for coming back. I worked in fast food. I know how customer service should be.to me be rude.

Pretty standard fast food, wanted to give it 3 stars, but I liked that I was able to place my order and pay online then simply drove there and took it up, made it much easier than trying to remember my whole families order
