Lobby was closed... had to wait back in the drive thru just to get my order correct by the time I got home half my food was cold. No napkins and the fries and nuggets were slung all over the bag.Originally spent over 30$ on food to be told by the manager it wasn't her fault her team is slow ..wow! Rude customer service as well id recommend any Other location!!
It's a Wendy's. As you probably know, the food tends to be fairly consistent from location to location, with the service being the determining factor. That said, the service at this location was fine. I expect I'll probably visit it again at some point.
I Came through the drive thru 20 mins before closing time and they told me they were already closed! I expect for any store/restaurant to stay open as long as they state on their doors/websites
Location is new. And so are the staff. They were busy at dinner time. My salad was incomplete and my French fries were cold. I don't know how that happens when a fast food restaurant is busy. I will give them more chances back they are new and werepretty busy on my first visit.
My daughter's order wasn't all there. My husband ordered a jr bacon cheeseburger no tomato instead he got a jr cheeseburger no bacon an tomato on it. My crispy chicken bacon sandwich wasn't cooked all the way and caused me to get a belly ache.
