Ice Burg - Washburn

I had a cheeseburger who was good and what I expected. What made it really worth the stop was a black raspberry malt that was delicious and really hit the place on a hot summer afternoon.

You know, it's been a long time since I left something back last time and called my money back. Yesterday I visited the Eisburg for dinner. When I waited for my order for 10 minutes, I heard everything I heard from the kitchen was the food that was thrown away on the grill. I thought my food was gonna be nice and hot and fresh. Well, once the little girl gave me the bad thing with my food, I could say something was a miss. The bag was too lit and was surprisingly cool for hot food. Long story short, my order was not right and it was certainly not hot and fresh. I couldn't believe it was the cold, old and evil. I returned it and all the stamina I received was her teenage staff need more traing. I was withdrawn from her apology and asked for my money back, but not without a good talk about customer service. ISH AND SHAME!

Had the candy mixer with sickers and chocolate ice cream. Many sweets, almost too much... almost. Wonderful little ice place. I didn't try the burgers, but I can test the delicacies of ice cream treats.

Good burgers, they are very well known for the ice creations they do. We had a chocolate milkshake and it was just the best we ever had. It's good to see Bismark's historic sights in the area and then dessert here!

This is such an awesome place! The name is so fun, being an ICE cream and BURGers restaurant. The food was very good and the staff was super nice!
