Seoulspice - Washington

One of my personal favorite places whenever I'm looking for something to eat. I've ordered from them through delivery apps over 20 times, and I've eaten inside of there one or twice but have never been disappointed. They always maintain the same quality of fresh ingredients, and there are many ways you can personalize your meal. I would also recommend their drinks which unlike many other places don't taste too sweet and have a great taste!

Completely empty when we walked in. Didn’t know if that was a good or bad sign. We went around maybe 1pm so prime lunch time. Never been here before so we didn’t know “how to” order necessarily. We thought we would order off the menu an already set menu item that had all the ingredients but apparently you dont ? it’s almost like a “build your bowl” type thing like if you go to Chipotle or Chopt. Which was fine no biggie but the girl working was rude and rushing us. When we were debating on what ingredients the meat, veggies, etc we wanted, the worker kept rolling her eyes and sighing because apparently it was taking us too long to decide ??? . Once we got the food as nice as it looked the taste did not match. The rice was STALE and the meat very chewy. I was not at all expecting 5 star quality food but this still was below expectations.I’ve gotten bibimbap from hole in the wall boba shops that was 10x better than this.The place is cute but would not recommend because of the food taste and rude staff.Parking: Parking is def limited to street parking only unless you can find a nearby parking garage, pay there, then walk over.

First visit here and very impressed with service and food. It is a much healthier option and I am sure I will stop by again soon. Had the mixed veggie/rice base, chicken for protein and a whole bunch of vegetable toppings. Tastes good.Food: 5/5

We've been fans of SeoulSpice for months. The food is consistently high quality with excellent and interesting ingredients. The Korean spices taste remarkably authentic for a fast food establishment. I'm not an expert on Korean food, but I've been to many top Korean restaurants in Annandale, so I'm speaking from at least some experience. The service is great, too, and the food is almost always ready within minutes of placing an online order.In short, SeoulSpice is a go to choice when we need something quick, but last night (December 28, 2022 Tenlyetown, in case the owners/managers are monitoring) the staff went above and beyond. There was a mistake in the order (totally MY fault), and without a blink, the staff helped me get things right, always smiling, and even suggesting some things I hadn't thought of.Well done, SeoulSpice! Keep it up.

Ordered delivery for a salad bowl which caused me over $30. The food came with no sauce (I ordered it on the side). There was a bunch of lettuce roots (not leaves). There was about 3 bites of the spicy pork. The “egg” was taken out of the refrigerator; it was so cold. The bottom of the brown is basically water.
