I waited for 37 minutes at this restaurant. The service was not great. I mentioned that they should not have taken on more orders if they were closing at 10. They should rename it "Slow Chocks" or "No Chicken."
The food was good, but the customer service was lacking. Two people placed their orders before us and then left to sit down. When we approached the counter, the cashier disappeared for 2 or 3 minutes without saying anything. When she returned, she still didn't acknowledge us and left us standing there for 10 minutes while she worked on a to-go order. It would have been nice for her to at least acknowledge us or take our order so we could sit down. She had a bit of an attitude when she finally took our order. The name on the receipt was Edward, but I don't think she was actually Edward.
That was my first time that I didn't come back (my man said it was good). I am about restaurants that do not order properly forget items (they have 1 job). when I told her I could come to the articles or bring my credit card by making a refund. have they seen the price of gas (I live 18 miles away?) my son lives in tyler said that this is true with that. - Is it a contract? kanus is from him the huh is fresher they never forget our items.
When she brought out my food, she asked if we wanted something else to drink cuz their shake machine was down. I asked if they were going to reimburse me for the extra charge for the milkshakes, and she replied with You'll have to call and ask my manager, cuz I don't know The food was excellent, but not so good customer service...
