The menu leaves little wishes open, something is there for everyone. We were pleasantly surprised served by the dishes, so we visited the restaurant for the second time. After the first time we had a juicy steak, we tried pizza on the terrace, right on the Lahn. We just say thumbs up and down! You can recommend good conscience next time.
Restaurant with the possibility to sit outside and over the Lahnwiesen. We used this opportunity in beautiful weather, although she looked good at it. The menu ranges from Turkish specialities to Pizzas and Rumpsteaks. We have decided and do not regret that. The thick piece of meat was fried to the point and super sweet. Herbal butter, mushrooms and onions were very tasty, the pommes nicely crispy and the salad crispy and tasty made around a palate. The service was very friendly and the food came quickly. Everything in a successful evening at a reasonable price, Sambuca and Masala as a Digestiv even existed to the house. A little pity was just that there was no real bill, that is always a beautiful memory for us...
In the frame of a bike tour we have become aware of it, in the city part ahausen, which is located just outside of Weilburg, restaurant. a restaurant titled “International dishes” simply fits into our specifications – we are thrilled. it is still early in the evening 17.45h and sunny – we decide to take a place on the terrace. tables and chairs are comfortable. the service is young and friendly. the map then probably offers everything after the young publikum. we find Turkish speciality, grill dishes rather after Greek art, carving in different variations, pizzas, pasta dishes and salads. from this extensive map we finally decide for a small appetizer – filled champignons for 6, € a pizza “diavolo” for me fresh champignon, salami, paprika and peperoni for 8,50€ maccheroni spinachi with spinat, gorgonzola in cream sauce and with gouda baked for 8,50€ to be served there rombacher radler € 0.3 for 2. everything reasonably tempered – that fits. then it means “WARTEN” for us. Apparently, appetizers are ordered more rarely – the kitchen does not seem to be prepared. So we wait for full champignons for half an hour. I'm told that the champignons are quite in order, but the underlying sauce is more likely to be attributed to the convenience food. after another 15 minutes we reach the pizza and maccheroni ordered. the pizza is a lot of cheese covered for me – individual paprika pieces are recognizable. tasteful, so I hear, quite in order. but the teig doesn't want its own production. I don't want to fix myself here. the maccheroni spinachi can convince me. good in a bite, delicious Gorgonzola sauce, although baked with lots of gouda, it doesn't bother me. what remains tonight? service in order – kitchen should act faster appetizer and pizza ok – more but also not maccheroni spinachi convincing that the prices are classified in the opposite “more favorable”, not only in the “region Lahn”, but “where does the restaurant culinary?” just earn quick money, with directed that only “in”? I personally would prefer a certain direction.
