Dominick immediately stepped in and I could tell he really cared. He apologized and made it right. Will definitely go back because of his great customer service.
The management at this pizza place doesn 't seem to prioritize customer satisfaction. Despite repeated mistakes with orders, and claiming that there are made up , they show little effort in resolving these issues. Additionally, the consistently poor quality of the pizzas further detracts from the overall experience and it seems like a lot of recent reviews tend to agree. Unfortunately, after being a loyal customer for so long, I won 't be returning. (Update after my general review was posted) It was funny to see 3 glowing reviews about management posted within the same 30 MINUTES. Due to the irony, I had to look into this more. It seems like the two gentlemen: Levi Hurt Brandon Bagwell worked together at Kilwins ice cream IN BRANSON (where they also left glowing reviews) maybe the Cecil manager used to go/work there, too? Couple buddies doing each other a favor, eh? Good customer service is accepting your faults and making the situation right, not having your colleagues cover it up or bury the poor reviews for you, son. Happy to hear Google is setting restrictions for bias folks aka current employees.
Wonderful food, wonderful service! I got pizzas for my daughter’s 1st birthday and everyone LOVED it. They were so impressed by how amazing it tasted and how well made the pizzas were. The ingredients are high quality and you can definitely tell in the taste. Totally recommend! 10/10
Caleb (the manager) is a great person over all, he got our pizza delivered early, he wrote a note in the box for us, and the pizza is great.
