Long John Silver's - Weslaco

The food was served at the right temperatures, with the Fish and Chicken dinner being quite tasty. However, they were missing the coleslaw that normally comes with it. The staff were friendly and accommodating, and the restaurant was clean with plenty of parking. While the prices were a bit high, the overall experience was good.

The food was hot and fresh. I ordered the 2pc fish w/2 pages. Fries were hot and the Cole Slav was cool and tasty. The tarter sauce was cool and really cost. Fish was hot with crispy and tasteful dough. A real treat.

IDK, if it's because it's Lent or it's better management, but LJS had improved enormously. I was there 3X the last few weeks (right, got Lent) the service is fast, staff friendly, nice and helpful and the food is good!! I got everything I paid and really enjoyed. Welcome back LJS.

The food was delicious, but my friend's mac and cheese was too bread-like. Also, the green beans they ordered never showed up. However, our order was quick and hot.

Long John Silver's is a good restaurant, but they do not offer my preferred drink, which is Coke. I understand that they are affiliated with Pepsi, but it would be nice if they also offered Coke as an option.
