Oh Madrid - West Haven

We are on a work trip down to CT from Maine and stumbled upon this cool pub restaurant while looking for local places to eat. The owner Chris was our waiter while we were there. Everyone was really nice. Place was warm and comfortable, the whole vibe was great. We ordered the godfather burger and hickory burger. Both were really good. I had a really awesome lemonade with blackberry flavor added (that Chris suggested to me)...give it a try! Good visit, thank you.

My 2 sons took me here for Father’s Day yesterday and we had great food and fun in a wonderful atmosphere. Our waitress Amanda was super!! My sons were down from Boston and all 3 of us had a great time. We will be back!!

Classic Irish pub. Very well maintained establishment with attentive service and large menu selection. I enjoyed tuna tacos and my wife the Shepard’s pie. Food was prepared with care and flavorful.

Good food, great service friendly staff. What else could you ask for? Local gem with some good home cooking. Try the burgers as they are really outstanding!

One of my favorite restaurants to go to. Great staff, amazing food, great atmosphere. In my top 10 to go to in my area.
