Kfc - West Lafayette

Food was about what you'd expect maybe a slightly better than most KFC service was average. The atmosphere was a little on the worse end. My big thing is looking around and seeing workers without hats or gloves on at times.

The guy at the pick up window was RUDE!! Wouldn?t give me a receipt, shorted me 2 coleslaws, told me to never come back again when I argued with him about he HAD to give me a receipt, told me he would credit my charge card for the coleslaws I never got,and HE DIDNT. When I tried to call back to ask why my credit wasn?t showing up, no one answered even though I let it ring andring. Hope someone higher up sees this comment!!! Do NOT go there!! Popeyes is right down the street!!

I was told that the popcorn chicken only came in a large size. All I wanted was a small popcorn chicken and i felt like I was being taken advantage of. He spoke in a very quiet, foreign accent I couldn't keep up with what he was saying because he neveronce looked up, head bent down. So... Whatever ????it's the one on the 52 West Lafayette. Around 8:15 in the evening.

This location is the best when it comes to food quality, customer service and overall experience. The staff is super friendly. Tracey has always been extremely helpful and goes above and beyond when it comes to helping us with orders. Whether we orderthrough the drive thru or at the counter, the wait times are always low and the food is always fresh! I highly recommend thislocation to my friends and family any time we are looking for a quick bite!

Usually the lady that works the drive through is very nice. Today we encountered a real rude clown. Never heard anyone act like that. This guy has no business dealing with the public. Yeah I?m the that told you to F off.
