Trooper Popeyes - West Norriton

this is the second papal in norristown (Trooper area). spicy chicken sandwich was as delicious as they would expect from a popeyes, and offers were great.

they seem to have a bad day today. underoccupied, not prepared, and no administration. I think the staff needs more help and good management.
