Papa Johns Pizza - West Palm Beach

Pizza is absolutely delicious but they ALWAYS get your order wrong the first time. you have too double check to make sure they got your order right. they gave me the complete opposite of what i asked for. this didnt happen once but multiple times. WHO PUTS MEATBALLS AND MUSHROOMS ON A PIZZA?! anyways as a 12yr old this is highly unprofessional. but the crust was delicious. took a picture to show u how it looked like after i had to destroy it because of mushrooms and meatballs. 15 dollars down the drain.

Order online @6:45 waited an hour and half to call they said they are busy. They can change my order to a pick up. 2 and half hours later still no food. No manager would come up front. This was the worst service I’ve ever experienced from a pizza place.

Rudest person on the phone. Some young female...kept messing up the order and we got the wrong order on top of it and she even hung up on me as soon as I said cash...no bye no nothing...I used to order from here all the time but won't

Worst place ever to order a pizza. Waited over 1 hour and never arrived. Had to call and cancel. Worst place I have seen in my entire life.
